Refund Policy

In the event of a change of mind on your part, the products you wish to return must have been purchased on our website www.laconspiration-spiritueux.com and have been kept in their intact state, not consumed and in their original packaging not opened and undamaged. Any goods returned to The conspiracy must be returned to us intact in the state in which it was sent by our services. The Conspiracy will check all returned merchandise for any damage.

For any purchase on our site, you have a so-called "withdrawal" period of 14 days from receipt of your package to return it to us. The return of items is at the customer's expense.

Before making a return shipment, you must contact us by email at contact@laconspiration-spiritueux.com

Your return request must include the following:

Full name
Telephone number and email
Full mailing address
Number of the order concerned - date of the order - date of receipt of the order
Name(s) of affected item(s)
In attachments, copy of the delivery slip and order confirmation email.

We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction on our e-shop.
